When you submit our Book a Tour form, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:
- your child's first name, date of birth or due date, and current care arrangement;
- your name, email address, phone number, home address and postal code;
- employer and occupation for you and, if provided, a second parent or guardian;
- your preferred program, schedule, start date and tour time, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a tour, assess availability, manage our wait list and, if you enrol, begin registration. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Your form is delivered to us by email through our email service provider. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our wait list, and delete it when it is no longer needed. [Confirm retention period.]
